Hey y'all (:
So this Summer, I am going to be spending my time in Muskegon, Michigan at the Maranatha Bible and Missionary Camp. I will be a teen counselor, leading Bible studies, giving mini sermons, and meeting up with girls daily to really dig into faith and life. I am headed to Michigan with a great group of people consisting of my old roommate and favorite person on this planet, Sarah, my boyfriend, Jon, my fellow Bible study leader, Kendra, and then three other guys that I cannot wait to get to know more!: Josiah, Shawn, and Ryan.
All in all, I am so excited for this Summer to get here! I am on the edge of my seat, waiting anxiously to see what curveballs the Lord is going throw at me during my time there.
I thought it would be kind of nifty to take a picture a day while I am at Maranatha. First off, this will be the only way that I'll be able to convince myself to even charge my camera let alone actually use it. Secondly, I think it will be a really great tool to describe my experiences while they are happening. So I am going to try to either post a picture a day, explaining how that picture represents my day or what happened. I'm thinking I might be a little busy, so I ask for patience if I get behind! I do journal like it's my job, so this will be really interesting trying to keep up with both.
